Put 1 bag of herbs in 2 litres

of water.

Bring to boil, then simmer for

30 minutes to 1 hour. Strain

broth and drink as a tea.

Alternatively, store broth in

the fridge for about a week to

use as a stock in your cooking.

DRY POWDER

Using a coffee or spice

grinder, grind your herbs

into a fine powder.

Add ½–1 tsp to your cooking.

TIPS

Use your broth, tonic or powder in soups, risotto, stews, pasta sauces or curries. You can braise with it, add it to stir-fries, or even use it to cook potatoes or rice.
